Bitscape wins “Best Software Development Company in Gujarat – Platinum” Award from GESIA 27 Jun 2014
                                   

The Gujarat Electronics & Software Industries Association, a state-based body of 370 members from the IT sector in Gujarat - have announced GESIA Awards 2014 winners at a glittering ceremony today. Bitscape Infotech Private Limited was adjudged and awarded Best Software Development Company in Gujarat – Platinum award for the demonstration of great work and excellence in the field by the jury. The award ceremony was graced by a message of Shri Bhupendrasinh Chudasama, Honourable Cabinet Minister, and Science-Technology as well as by message of Hon. Chief Minister of Gujarat State Smt. Anandiben Patel. Other dignitaries who graced the function were Mr. James Bryce, Deputy Director, UK Trade and Investment as the Guest of Honour alongwith Mr. S. J. Haider, Secretary, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Gujarat.

For the 14 award categories, entries have been received from companies representing a diverse and inclusive profile of the ICT industry in Gujarat. A jury of intellectuals and experts, ranging from industry experts to academicians have assessed the entries and picked the awardees.

These awards, the only of their kind at the State level, aim at recognizing “Excellence” on the basis of quantitative as well as qualitative criteria which shall set a benchmark in the industry. This unique initiative is intended to acknowledge achievements of the different players in the ICT business of Gujarat.

Established in 1996, the Gujarat Electronics and Software Industry Association (GESIA) is the only nodal representative association of ICT Industry in Gujarat having 370+ members from various parts of Gujarat.
