Project Server 2013 has a new functionality to synchronize a Project Server resource’s calendar to their Microsoft Exchange calendar to retrieve and synchronize their out-of-office (administrative) time which allows your resources to report their out-of-office time in a single location (Microsoft Exchange), and have it automatically synchronize to their Project Web App resource calendar.
